INVITATION & RSVP FAQs

All the essential details you need to know before you arrive, including invite info and the link to submit your RSVP.

What date should I RSVP by and how?

Please RSVP as soon as you know if you will be joining us, but no later than May 15th, 2026. You can RSVP on this website under the "RSVP" tab, or by clicking THIS LINK.

Who Should Complete the RSVP Form?

We kindly request that you fill out only one RSVP form per invite:

  • If you received an invitation as an individual, please must fill out the RSVP form for yourself to confirm whether or not you will attend.

  • If you received an invitation as a couple, one of you (either you or your partner) should fill out the single form for both of you, confirming the attendance for the couple.

Can I bring a plus one or individual who was not included on the invitation?

To manage our guest list and stay within the capacity and budget of our venue, we ask that you only bring the person or people whose names are explicitly listed on your invitation and/or RSVP form. If you were given a plus one, your invitation will be addressed to your name and their name, or your name "and Guest."

Can I bring my children?

While we adore all the little ones in our lives, we have chosen to have an adults-only (18+) wedding weekend to allow all of our guests to fully relax and enjoy the celebration. The only exception to this will be the children who are a direct part of our wedding ceremony, or for infants under 2 if there is medical necessity or extenuating circumstances (child still breast feeding, medical condition requiring supervision, etc). If this applies to you, please let us know ASAP. Thank you for your understanding!

TRAVEL, LOGISTICS, & ACCOMMODATION FAQs

This section contains all the essential details for your trip, including travel, transportation and accommodation information.

What is the address of the wedding venue?

The entire wedding weekend will take place at Ogontz White Mountains Resort in New Hampshire.

The address is: 14 Ogontz Rd, Lyman, NH 03585

What is the easiest way to get to and from Ogontz?

The easiest way to get to and from Ogontz is generally by driving your own car or a rental car, as the resort is in a somewhat remote, scenic location. This will provide you the most flexibility for getting to the resort and navigating the surrounding area during your stay. For a breakdown of the typical travel options, including nearest airports and major cities, please visit the travel page by clicking THIS LINK.

What is the best airport to use?

There are several options for airports in the greater New England area depending on your budget. Our recommended option, and typically the most cost effective, is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). For other options and air travel information, please visit the travel page by clicking THIS LINK.

Is there parking at Ogontz?

Yes, free parking is available onsite - once you arrive you will not need to drive throughout the weekend unless you desire to visit attractions in the area.

I don't have a car, are there carpool options available?

To make your journey as smooth and cost-effective as possible, we have set up a carpool coordination sheet. If you're interested in sharing a ride with other guests heading our way, please enter your details in the spreadsheet LINKED HERE.

What are the accommodations at camp?

Ogontz has capacity to accommodate the majority of our guests, so we hope you will choose to make it your home for the weekend! The resort has a variety of rustic cabins and cottages that offer a cozy atmosphere and breathtaking views, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the festivities. For more information please visit the accommodations page HERE.

Do I have to stay onsite?

We understand that rustic camp life may not be for everyone! If you prefer a hotel, we can recommend options nearby (∼$250−400 per night). If you choose to stay offsite, but still wish to join for meals, there is an à la carte per meal price option that you can select and pay for on the accommodations page. Please let us know asap if you choose to stay off-site.

Have you reserved rooms blocks at any offsite hotels?

No, offsite guests will need to arrange their own accommodations.

Is there transportation for offsite guests?

We will not be providing offsite guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. All wedding related events will take place at camp where most guests will be staying, so no additional transport will be required for our nuptials.
