Ogontz offers a full weekend of classic New England camp experiences for you and your fellow guests. Before and after the main event, the private lake is yours to enjoy with complimentary kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards, or simply a relaxing swim from the dock. Explore the property on miles of scenic hiking trails that lead past beautiful natural waterfalls. For some friendly competition, find courts for volleyball, pickleball, basketball, and tennis - as well as open fields for lawn games.
Sport Courts
Ogontz has 4 courts that are equipped with league standard lines for tennis and pickle ball. Forgot your paddle? Don’t worry about it, we have all the equipment you will need, and more. The courts also feature 2 basketball hoops, and beautiful wrap around gardens.
Hiking Trails
Ogontz is equipped with miles of hiking trails right on the property! Take a hike down to see the pigs, or check out the fall foliage, or even hike up the waterfalls. No matter your stamina or style, Ogontz has the perfect hike for you to explore.
Group Activities
Beyond the formal festivities, we've lined up a variety of fun, organized activities for people to enjoy together. Whether you're interested in joining a friendly field games tournament, or gathering for a classic camp bonfire, you'll find many great ways to spend the weekend. Boats & Paddleboards
The crystal clear waters of Lake Ogontz are calling! The waterfront area is fully stocked with everything you need to get out on the water. Grab a canoe or kayak and find a quiet cove for a peaceful paddle, or test your balance on one of the stand-up paddleboards. All equipment—including life vests and paddles—are provided and available for use throughout the weekend.
Wood Fired Hot Tub
For a unique and restorative experience, visit the wood-fired hot tub. The water is kept comfortably warm, providing a quiet space to relax and unwind after a day of activities. For guests seeking a sensory contrast, there is a waterfall located right beside it, offering an invigorating cold plunge to complete the experience.
Axe Throwing
Head over to Ogontz's dedicated Axe Throwing area. This is a classic camp activity that's guaranteed to bring out your competitive spirit! We'll have everything you need, including targets and safety briefings from camp staff, so you can channel your inner lumberjack safely.
Massage Therapy
Take a moment to fully relax during your camp weekend. We've arranged for a licensed therapist to be on-site offering professional massage therapy services. Swimming Area
The lake swimming area offers easy access to the water directly from the shore and the large swimming dock. Use the dock to relax in the sun, enjoy the view, or jump in for a swim. The lake is open throughout the weekend for all guests to enjoy, offering the perfect spot for a refreshing dip!
