We want our families and friends to relax, have fun, and truly enjoy this time together. From welcome cocktails to farewell brunch, rest assured that you will be taken care of; lodging, food, and beverages will be provided on-site for your entire stay. Ogontz has capacity to accommodate all our guests, so we hope you will choose to make it your home for the weekend! The resort has a variety of rustic cabins and cottages that offer a cozy atmosphere and breathtaking views, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the festivities.
All-Inclusive Stay:
Ogontz has a per person all-inclusive cost that includes lodging, all resort activities and amenities, all meals, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the weekend. The wedding celebration on Saturday evening is not included in these costs as that is provided by the Bride and Groom.
Lodging Options
Adirondack Cabins
$350 per person/weekend
These historic cabins are open air with screens around the entire cabin and privacy drapes that allow you to completely close off the interior of the cabin. Each cabin has electricity, lights, a dresser, and open closet space to store bags or hang clothes. Each cabin comes with 2 queens and 1 twin bed, and can sleep up to 4 people. Sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if that is your preference. Shared indoor bathhouses with toilets, sinks and showers are within 50 yards. Many of these cabins will be shared with one other couple or individual - if you have a preference on who that should be, let us know!
Upgraded Rustic Log Cabins
$450 per person/weekend
Surrounded by nature, you will feel miles away from reality in one of our rustic log cabins. These private cabins are unique 4-
walled like a traditional log cabin, and each has a different configuration of bedrooms (1-5 bedrooms per cabin) and 1 or more private bathrooms. Many contain living rooms or common spaces, usable wood burning fireplaces or stoves, kitchenettes, and porches.
These cabins are intended for parents, grandparents, older relatives, guests traveling as a large family unit, or those in need of physical or medical accommodations. Other guests can also request upgraded cabins and we will accommodate where possible after the aforementioned guests have been placed.
Premium Equestrian Cabins
$550 per person/weekend
These wonderful airbnb style temperature controlled cabins are a short walk (or golf cart ride) from the main camp area and are comprised of a north Cabin and a south Cabin connected through a small enclosed breezeway. Each Hall has one full bath with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is full sized with a gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, stocked with all dinnerware, basic kitchen amenities, and a full size fridge. A small deck is just outside the living room.

Accommodation Booking & Assignment: After booking, payment goes to Ogontz Resort. They manage all cabin assignments, and you will be notified of your specific cabin the week before the event.

Upgraded Cabins: These are prioritized for parents, grandparents, older relatives, or those with physical or medical needs. While we will try our best to accommodate all requests, Ogontz reserves these spaces for guests needing priority booking.

Upgrade Refund: If you select an upgraded cabin but cannot be accommodated, you will be notified and fully refunded the $100 price difference.

Premium Equestrian Cabin: Please do not book this cabin without speaking to us first.

Thursday Arrival: For the wedding party, close/immediate family, or anyone requesting a Thursday arrival, there is an additional cost of $150 per person.

Cabin Amenities: All cabins include electricity and linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels).

Bathroom Facilities: Cottages include shared indoor bathrooms. Adirondack Cabins use shared indoor bathhouses (with toilets, sinks, and showers) a short walk away.

Off-Site Stays: If you prefer a hotel, we can recommend options nearby (∼$250−400 per night). Please let us know if you choose to stay off-site.
